1. General Scope & Identification
These Terms & Conditions govern all orders, workshop allocations, and agreements entered into with Duckworth Prestex Limited (Company No. 12973168, VAT No. GB 367 8941 22), having its registered office at 2 Church Street, Bolton, Greater Manchester, BL1 1TA, United Kingdom.
By reserving an allocation or purchasing a timepiece via this website, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms, which are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
2. Product Specifications & Heritage Reproduction
The Prestex Parker Classic is an authentic rectangular dress watch based on an original 1935 Prestex archive reference. Each piece is fitted with a Swiss Made Ronda Quartz 1069 SM movement, double-bridge sapphire crystal, and 316L solid surgical stainless steel case. Due to limited workshop capacity, allocations are restricted to one piece per collector.
3. Pricing, VAT & Payment Confirmation
All prices displayed on this website are denominated in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and include statutory UK Value Added Tax (VAT) at 20%, as well as fully insured Royal Mail Special Delivery. Following your reservation, our concierge will contact you to verify delivery details and dispatch schedule.
4. Delivery & Title Transfer
All allocations are dispatched from our UK atelier via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm with end-to-end insurance. Risk in the timepiece transfers to the purchaser upon physical handover and signature.
5. 2-Year International Warranty
Duckworth Prestex provides a comprehensive 2-year manufacturer warranty from the date of dispatch covering all manufacturing and movement defects under normal wearing conditions.
